Rhodes Terrace Project: Working with Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, THP designed a cost-effective plan for developing and managing the Rhodes Terrace parcels in South Dallas.
City Strategic Planning: Town Hall Partners worked with Colorado City community stakeholders including the council, county, and community leaders to facilitate a plan to guide future investment and development for this West Texas community.
